It is never too late to be
who you might have been
I consider myself to be incredibly passionate about my work, always full of energy and motivation.
BUT,
There are days – (and we all have them) – when I just couldn't be stuffed.
Whether it’s a crucial presentation to prepare, or weekly newsletter or even daily content - sometimes no matter how hard I try, I can’t get started.
Maybe you can relate.
Maybe you have you sat there, staring at your computer, waiting for that burst of inspiration. The clock ticking, stress building. Sound familiar?
Well, today I want to share a very simple idea:
Don’t wait for motivation.
Build systems and structure that keeps you moving even on the toughest days.
Very simple on paper, but takes some discipline to execute.
I’m sure reading this, you may be a little skeptical.
My question to you is… are willing to try?
Today I want to share with you 7 proven methods to help you STOP procrastinating and get s#!t done.
Even when you don’t want to.

It’s easy to wait for that spark of inspiration, but let’s be real – motivation is like a fickle friend who shows up late to the party.
Last week, I shared 11 ways to motivate your team, and you might be thinking, “Isn’t this the same guy who just talked about motivation?”
Well, yes – but there’s a twist.
As leaders, if we rely solely on motivation, we risk inconsistency and unmet goals.
This week, we're diving into something more reliable: systems and habits.
Why?
Because they’re the true workhorses that push us through even on our toughest days.
According to a study by the American Psychological Association, establishing structured routines significantly enhances impact and reduces procrastination.
By developing unstoppable discipline through proven methods, you can ensure consistent progress and success.

Many leaders fall into the trap of waiting for the perfect moment of inspiration or motivation to tackle their tasks.
This often leads to procrastination and missed opportunities.
Without reliable systems and habits in place, it’s easy to get overwhelmed and lose momentum. By failing to create a structured approach, leaders risk inconsistent performance and decreased impact.
Ready for the 7 methods to help you stop procrastinating and get things done?

1. Start Small
What: Start so small it's laughable.
How: Do ONE push-up, walk ONE km, or breathe deep for ONE minute.
Impact: You'll feel like a champ for getting started, and before you know it, you're on a roll!
2. Set A Timer
What: Set a timer for 5 measly minutes.
How: Hit start and dive into your task.
Impact: When that timer dings, you're either done (high five!) or you're in the zone and can't stop!
3. Make It The Only Option
What: Give yourself two choices: do the task or do zip.
How: No phone, no TV, no distractions. It's you vs. the task.
Impact: You'll be so bored doing nothing, you'll actually want to do the work!
4. Make Work Feel Like Play
What: Mix what you gotta do with what you wanna do.
How: Netflix and treadmill? Laundry and your fave podcast? Yes, please!
Impact: Suddenly, chores feel like treats. Mind. Blown.
5. New Scene, New You
What: Change up your surroundings, even just a little.
How: Tidy up, step outside, light a candle, or hit a cafe.
Impact: Fresh environment = fresh mindset. You'll be ready to crush it!
6. Get Moving
What: Get that body moving, even for 5 minutes.
How: Quick walk or try this: 5 push-ups, 5 squats, 5 lunges, 30-second plank.
Impact: Blood pumping = brain power boosting. You'll be unstoppable!
7. Tell the World (Or Just Your Mate)
What: Share your goals with a friend.
How: Tell them what you're up to and ask them to check in on you.
Impact: You'll work harder knowing someone's watching. No slacking off now!
There you have it, folks! Seven ways to kick procrastination in the backside and get stuff done.

Take the above strategy and turn it into impact this week!!!
